Cindy Munoz has been a vital part of the Saint Louis Group since the beginning. She learned the importance of small business by working for her own family farm before attending Southeast Missouri State University to explore an education in Social Sciences. Starting in 1997 as support staff, she has now become the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the brokerage. Cindy is all about honestly, transparency, and helping get a simple yet direct understanding of the closing process when it comes time to close on the sale of a business.
Cindy has over 20 years expertise in bringing together the right people and keeping them working together with the help of our brokers and her handpicked support staff.

Bill Roland found out the process of St. Louis Group Business Brokers first hand by selling his company here as a client. With more than 30 years experience in advising corporate and governmental sector clients in strategic, financial, and operational management, Bob has the skills necessary to provide the practical advice needed by business sellers and purchasers.

Bob has co-founded, owned and operated companies in the airport consulting, program management, and retail services industries. His experience as a business owner provides him with a unique perspective he can apply to his engagements representing private business owners. He has the first hand knowledge of the challenges business owners face and is now using his personal experiences to successfully guide others through the complexities of a business transfer.

Bob is a St. Louis native, an alumnus of the University of Missouri, and has been a visiting instructor at Saint Louis University-Parks Air College.

Peter graduated from Wichita State University with a Major in Business/Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Peter has owned and operated National Yum Brand QSR Restaurants, Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silvers, and A&W for over Eighteen Years. As a Taco Bell Franchise Operator for Fourteen Years, Peter developed a portfolio of twenty-seven stores with $28.5 Million in Annual Sales with over 600 Employees. Over the past eighteen years, Peter has participated in business acquisitions and the sale of over 60 plus restaurants and other sales businesses totaling over $50 Million. Additionally, Peter has owned and operated several small retail businesses.

Peter utilizes his vast experience in buying, operating, and selling businesses to assist his clients in maximizing value on the sell and buy side of small business. Joe Snyder worked through the “ranks” of business from an early age. He has successfully owned and operated many privately held companies, eventually elected to serve as CEO of a multi-million dollar Utility Company. Joe is a veteran of the United States Army, a graduate of the Illinois State Police Academy, holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Missouri Baptist University and is currently engaged in graduate studies at SLU Law. Growing up in a family business, Dave learned at an early age what it takes to be a successful business owner. This included employee management , customer service, marketing, and finances. After receiving a degree in electronics, Dave joined IBM’s Product Development Research Center in New York. Then joined AT&T Engineering Department in St. Louis. Started his own business that he managed for 20 years, during that time, Dave employed between 20 to 40 people with a lot of them being long time employees. Dave has been with Saint Louis Group since 1998, along with Dave’s success with the company he has received many letters of appreciation from the people he has helped over his years as a business broker. Billy Roland joined us at the Saint Louis Group working as a part of a new team-based idea with an emphasis on using technology to promote Dave Marlo’s decades proven method of success when it comes to helping people buy and sell businesses. Billy comes to us with over 7 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in the following sectors; retail, independent, community, hospital, and drug study. Billy works on integration of our new CRM system, marketing automations, business valuations, confidential marketing, and buyer screenings.
