Cindy Munoz has been a vital part of the Saint Louis Group since the beginning. She learned the importance of small business by working for her own family farm before attending Southeast Missouri State University to explore an education in Social Sciences. Starting in 1997 as support staff, she has now become the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the brokerage. Cindy is all about honestly, transparency, and helping get a simple yet direct understanding of the closing process when it comes time to close on the sale of a business.
Cindy has over 20 years expertise in bringing together the right people and keeping them working together with the help of our brokers and her handpicked support staff.

With more than 30 years experience in advising corporate and governmental sector clients in strategic, financial, and operational management, Bob has the skills necessary to provide the practical advice needed by business sellers and purchasers.

Bob has co-founded, owned and operated companies in the airport consulting, program management, and retail services industries. His experience as a business owner provides him with a unique perspective he can apply to his engagements representing private business owners. He has the first hand knowledge of the challenges business owners face and is now using his personal experiences to successfully guide others through the complexities of a business transfer.

Bob is a St. Louis native, an alumnus of the University of Missouri, and has been a visiting instructor at Saint Louis University-Parks Air College.

A native of St. Louis, Chris Eckrich comes to the St. Louis Group after honing his professional skills over the past 20 years between California and Colorado in the real estate, hospitality and tourism industries. A graduate of the University of Denver with a B.S.B.A in Real Estate and International Business, Chris moved to Aspen to pursue a career in luxury real estate development. Once his entrepreneurial spirit was ignited, he started several companies pertaining to property management and marketing, event productions as well as carbon finance and renewable energy before moving to California to build an Airstream sales/rentals/customs business based in Sausalito and Malibu. Drawn back to the mountains of Colorado, Chris returned to Aspen to run his family’s restaurant as General Manager before a large and tight-knit family made him realize there’s no place like home.

Amanda has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, including Chief Operating Officer, in 3 companies spanning 6 states. Having been a successful business owner herself, Amanda knows what it takes to successfully grow and strengthen businesses from the ground up and top down to improve the bottom line. Amanda has been involved in valuation and diligence of the sales of businesses ranging from $50,000 to $110 million. She enjoys working with both the people aspect as well as the financial aspect of any business. Amanda holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently, Amanda serves on the Board of Directors for the HOPE (Housing Options Provided to the Elderly) Foundation and serves on the financial committee for Midtown Community Services.

Rachel joins the team with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. Rachel’s non profit experience has been essential to efficient and successful closings.
